Our Residential Department covers the sales of all types of houses, barn conversions, residential development opportunities, building plots and residential building land, and has the ability to deal with all price ranges, from the small terraced dwelling to the country estate.

Our residential department is headed by Mollie Hall, Mark Farmer FNAEA and Paul Salkeld.

Mollie Hall is a highly respected member of Barnsley's Property Market and has the benefit of over 20 years experience in selling residential property in the Barnsley area.

Mark Farmer has enjoyed a varied career, around 30 years experience in estate agency, and has extensive experience in residential house sales, including several years dealing with agricultural property and auctions.

Paul Salkeld has been with the Company for 9 years assisting with our auctions and for the past 5 years has supported our Residential Sales Department as a valuer dealing with all types of property sales.

Our management staff are assisted by an experienced and helpful back up team, all of whom have a good local knowledge of the area which gives our office a competitive edge in assisting buyers and sellers in house disposals.
