Originating from an agricultural background, Wilbys have been deeply involved in the rural community for over 155 years.

Being general practice rural valuers, we have a broad base of experience in many matters involving farming and the countryside.

Specialists in the valuation and sales of farms, smallholdings and land by auction and private treaty we also conduct sales of live and deadstock.

Compensation claims form an important part of our workload in relation to pipelines, schemes, compulsory purchase and the likes.

Land and estate management, advising both tenants and landlords, to include rent reviews and tenancy agreements, together with valuations for probate, Capital Gains, and Inheritance tax where we represent individuals, families and corporate bodies.

The department is headed by Tim Scourfield MRICS FAAV a director of Wilbys and with 25 years experience.
